Growing up in the country, creating fairy villages in the woods as a child, Megan Walsh has always been inspired by nature.  After living in Portland, Oregon, and Boulder, Colorado since graduating from Alfred University with a B.F.A. in 1999, she currently resides outside Addison, NY.  Through her formal education, she learned alternative photography techniques such as cyanotype which she works with on both fabric and paper.  Megan creates joyful, unique items often utilizing natural elements to create coasters, candles, wall art and ornaments.  She sells her work at Handwork, Hector Handmade, Staving Artist Woodwork, The Rockwell Museum Store, and several local craft and art shows.
